A change in circumstances led me to be able to pursue what I am passionate about.

Natural Health and The Human Body.

I come from a sporting background having competed in triathlon. All distances and in particular the Ironman distance. Multi sport adventure racing events from one day to seven day events, as an individual and in teams. Pushing my body to its limits.

I'm always looking for ways to get the best I can out of my body and keep it in tip top shape.

But massage isn't just for sports people.

Massage can help the body to release muscle tension and pain to bring the body back into balance.

The way I massage brings balance to the body at a deeper tissue level by getting to the main cause of muscle tension and pain.
